Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE business regulations, licensing procedures, and market practices, and will act as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on business setup options in Abu Dhabi, including Free Zone and Mainland company formations.
  • Prepare and manage the submission of company formation documents, licensing applications, and approvals.
  • Liaise with government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth business registration and licensing processes.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on business viability, legal compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Support clients in obtaining necessary visas, permits, and approvals for their business and staff.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with UAE business laws, regulations, and changes in procedures.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and other client documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or business consulting in Abu Dhabi/UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, licensing procedures, and Free Zone regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and problem-solving skills.
