Business Sourcing Executive – M&A / Brokerage

Persian Horizon is building a dedicated Business Brokerage Unit and is hiring a Business Sourcing Executive to identify and source ready-to-sell businesses in Dubai, the UAE, and selected international markets.

This is not a sales role.

This role focuses on research, outreach, and sourcing, feeding qualified opportunities into our internal pre-qualification and deal teams.

Your mission is simple and serious:

find businesses that are genuinely available for sale and collect accurate first-level data.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily research to identify businesses for sale using:
• Online platforms and marketplaces
• Broker listings
• Direct outreach
• Industry and local business networks
• Initiate first contact with business owners or brokers
• Collect and verify initial deal information, including:
• Asking price
• Monthly revenue and profit
• Reason for sale
• Business location and sector
• Legal and ownership status (high-level)
• Assess whether the opportunity meets basic sourcing criteria
• Submit qualified opportunities to the Pre-Qualification Team
• Maintain accurate records of sourced businesses and contact outcomes

Requirements

• Strong research, sourcing, and communication skills
• Must have a car & and driving license
• Ability to speak confidently with business owners and intermediaries
• Familiarity with the UAE business environment is preferred
• Fluent in English
• (Arabic, Russian, or Turkish is a strong advantage)
• Organized, consistent, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working with daily outreach and follow-ups

What This Role Is Not

• Not a sales or closing role
• Not a brokerage or negotiation position
• No commission pressure to sell

BenefitsCompensation

• Base Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000

• Performance Bonus:

• AED 200 – 400 per qualified business approved

• Average Monthly Income: AED 7,000 – 10,000+ based on sourcing output
