Job Purpose:

The Business Support Executive ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the office by managing supplies, maintenance, and general facilities. The role supports all teams by maintaining an organized, efficient, and well-equipped workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize office supplies inventory; track usage and reorder items as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and office-related services.
  • Ensure office facilities are safe, clean, and fully functional at all times.
  • Manage stock of pantry, stationery, and operational materials.
  • Support seating arrangements, office moves, and workstation setups.
  • Handle mail, courier, and deliveries to ensure timely distribution.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal events and meetings.
  • Monitor and report facility issues and follow up until resolved.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and service contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards within the office.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, facilities, or administrative support.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English is required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and vendor management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
