The Business Support Executive plays a key role in providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure smooth client processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the management team.
  • Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Manage internal and external communication, including emails, meetings, and calls.
  • Coordinate between departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and data management systems.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and support client growth.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in business coordination or customer support.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
