Business Support Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support across various business units. This role is essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, seamless coordination, and timely execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to business units and management on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate internal workflows, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
  • Prepare and manage business documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support budgeting processes, including invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in project coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and status tracking.
  • Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles (internship experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
