Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support across various business units. This role is essential in ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, seamless coordination, and timely execution of business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to business units and management on a daily basis.
- Coordinate internal workflows, meetings, and cross-functional communication.
- Prepare and manage business documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Support budgeting processes, including invoice tracking, expense monitoring, and basic financial reporting.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and service delivery.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in project coordination, including documentation, scheduling, and status tracking.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operational, or business support roles (internship experience may be considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
