We are excited to announce the opening of our new technology headquarters in Mesa, Arizona in 2025. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this expansion in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified Buyer to join its team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of indirect goods and services that support the company’s manufacturing, operational and office needs. This role requires a proficient thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of procurement best practices.
An overview of your responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and procure indirect goods and services, including office supplies, IT, manufacturing tools and equipment, maintenance services, and any other non-production related goods.
Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
Cost Control: Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor budget compliance to optimize expenditure on non-product items.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate trends, and make informed procurement decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, IT and administration, to understand their needs and provide effective procurement support.
Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of non-production items, ensuring optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
What you'll need, among other things!

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on direct materials in a industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
