Location: On-site in Toms River, NJ

This position does not offer relocation support. Candidates should reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate at their own expense.

We're looking for an experienced Buyer/Planner to join our team. In this role, you'll manage purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier relationships to ensure materials and products are available to meet production and customer needs.

What You'll Do

• Procure raw materials, packaging, resale products, and MRO supplies.
• Review MRP/requisitions and issue purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels based on demand trends.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and vendors to solve material and delivery issues.
• Track supplier performance and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports and support management with inventory insights.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of purchasing/inventory planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• CSCP certification preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
