Key Responsibilities
Floor Supervision & Operations
- Oversee the café floor during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service standards.
- Monitor staff performance and assign daily tasks to ensure efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the café floor.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Actively promote menu items, seasonal offers, and add-ons to increase sales.
- Train and motivate staff on upselling techniques and customer engagement.
- Build customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Assist management in meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and support waitresses, baristas, and service staff during shifts.
- Lead by example in professionalism, service delivery, and sales approach.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to team members.
- Ensure proper communication between floor staff and kitchen/barista team.
Reporting & Administration
- Assist in preparing daily sales reports and shift summaries.
- Monitor inventory on the floor (beverages, supplies) and report shortages.
- Support management with promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Female candidate (required).
- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waitress, or similar role in a café/restaurant.
- Strong sales and upselling skills, with proven ability to achieve targets.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
