Main Responsibilities:
1- Respond to patient inquiries professionally via phone and provide accurate information.
2- Schedule appointments for patients with physicians and coordinate alternative appointments in case of cancellations.
3- Complete and process required documentation for corporate/insurance patients and ensure proper authorization and validation.
4- Operate the electronic patient queuing system to organize and manage patient flow.
5- Enter and update patient data accurately in the system after clinic hours.
6- Assist and guide patients through hospital procedures to ensure a seamless experience.
7- Handle clinic bookings efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient service.
