We are hiring on behalf of leading UK-Based call center in Pakistan for their Karachi office.Location: Karachi, (On-site)Timings: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PST)Break: 1 HourProbation: 3 Months

Key Responsibilities:

:✔ Make outbound B2B calls to UK-based businesses

✔ Assess current energy tariffs and identify cost-saving opportunities

✔ Present competitive energy solutions

✔ Handle objections and convert leads into sales

✔ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly targets

✔ Maintain CRM records of calls and deals

✔ Collaborate with team to achieve performance goals

✔ Ensure compliance with UK energy sales standard

Requirements:

✔ Experience in telesales or energy sales (preferred)

✔ Excellent English communication skills

✔ Strong negotiation & persuasion skills

✔ Target-driven mindset

✔ Self-motivated and energetic personality

✔ Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month

Commission: Minimum PKR 5,000 per sale (uncapped)Performance-based incentives
