What You’ll Be Doing:

· Identify and understand customer needs effectively

· Address inquiries with clarity and professionalism

· Research issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives

· Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures

· Ensure timely completion of daily call tasks

What We’re Looking For:

· Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of call center experience

· Minimum qualification: Intermediate / O or A Levels or higher

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

· Quick learner with a proactive attitude

· Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult clients

Note: Candidates currently in matriculation or who have just passed are not eligible for this position.
