As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to company’s projects
• Provide accurate information about project details, pricing, payment plans, and availability
• Qualify leads and identify potential buyers
• Follow up with potential clients and leads until transfer to Sales team
• Maintain and update CRM system with all lead interactions
• Ensure fast response time to new inquiries (portal leads, website, social media)
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly KPI targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in call center (real estate / development industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English and Russian required)
• Good telephone etiquette and persuasion skills
• Ability to work with CRM systems
• Target-oriented and performance-driven

Salary:

4,000 AED + KPI-based commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
