Call Center Agent - Priority to German, Chinese, Russian & Arabic speakers

Role Overview

The Outbound Executive plays a key role in enhancing customer engagement and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

This role is responsible for creating positive first impressions of INEOS by professionally connecting with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities, and enabling the Sales Team to convert qualified leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, contact, and qualify prospective customers
• Generate and schedule appointments for the Sales Team
• Conduct outbound calls to both new prospects and existing customers
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships through follow-ups
• Utilize CRM data and external databases for lead generation
• Ensure customer information is accurate and updated in the system
• Identify and reconnect with past prospects
• Support marketing campaigns through targeted outreach
• Log all call activity and track success rates
• Generate daily and weekly activity reports
• Collaborate with Sales to achieve business targets
• Represent INEOS in a professional and positive manner

Performance Expectations

• Contact 100 new prospects daily
• Generate 20+ qualified leads per day
• Maintain high data accuracy in CRM
• Support achievement of corporate sales targets

Preferred Background

• English required | Arabic preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
