Call Center Agent / Sales Representative

Edge Solutions is a premier U.S.-based business solutions agency with over a decade of experience in digital transformation, SEO, and performance marketing. We are currently expanding our outbound sales force and are looking for high-energy, experienced Call Center Agents and Sales Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

Note: This is an experienced-level role. We are specifically seeking " experienced sales agent " who understand the nuances of the US market and have a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation. Freshers, please do not apply.

Job Details

• Salary Range : Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 100,000 (Based on experience and skill set) + Uncapped Commission/Incentives.
• Location : Gulberg, Lahore.
• Work Hours : Night Shift (Monday to Friday).
• Campaign : USA-based Digital Marketing (Cold Calling).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients across the United States.
• Pitch comprehensive digital marketing services, including SEO, web development, and branding.
• Identify business pain points and effectively communicate how Edge Solutions drives ROI.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to securing qualified leads or closing sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups within the CRM.
• Consistently meet and exceed daily outbound targets and monthly sales KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as a Call Center Agent or Sales in an international outbound environment.
• Campaign History : Direct experience in a USA-based cold calling campaign is mandatory.
• Skills : Exceptional English verbal communication and strong objection-handling skills.
• Niche Knowledge : Familiarity with Digital Marketing services (SEO/PPC/Web Design) is a major plus.
• Resilience : A "thick skin" for cold calling and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Shift : Must be fully available for the night shift schedule.
