Call Center Agent US

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading digital solutions company providing cutting-edge SEO, PPC, and web development services to businesses in the US. We are expanding our customer service team in Lahore and looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our night shift operations.

We are seeking confident and goal-driven US Call Center Agents to handle outbound calls to US-based clients. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, providing digital marketing support, and identifying opportunities to upsell our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day to US clients
• Deliver professional support on SEO, PPC, and web development services
• Maintain a 90%+ first-call resolution rate
• Update and manage client records using CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Meet or exceed KPIs:
• 85%+ customer satisfaction rate
• 5+ qualified leads per day
• 98% call compliance adherence
• Identify 3–5 upselling opportunities weekly (bonus eligible)
• Educate clients on service upgrades and performance improvements

Requirements

Education

• Minimum: Matric / O-Level
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree

Technical Skills

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Excellent English verbal communication skills
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• Professional phone etiquette and emotional intelligence
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

• Must be based in Lahore (this is an on-site role)
• Must be available for night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday)
