Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Call Center
Location: Abbottabad Office

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our call center team in Abbottabad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers, promoting company products and services, and delivering excellent customer support in line with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with US customers to promote products and services.
• Provide accurate information and guidance to customers as per company policies.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform duties during night shifts as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and listening).
• Prior experience in a call center will be preferred.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to different projects and tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary ranging from PKR 22,000 to PKR 45,000.
• Attractive daily and monthly performance-based bonuses.
