Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and confident Call Center Agents to join our night shift team at our Gulberg III office. Freshers are encouraged to apply as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls with customers professionally
• Provide information about products/services
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
• Meet daily/weekly call targets
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Follow company policies and scripts

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / O-Level / A-Level
• Good English communication skills (spoken)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
• Punctual, confident, and goal-oriented
• No experience required (training provided)
