Call Center Agents

• Customer Support: Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues, processing orders, and handling complaints.
• Communication: Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, and providing solutions.
• Data Management: Recording details of actions taken and updating account information in CRM systems.
• Sales Support: Upselling products or services and informing customers of new features.
• Escalation: Directing complex or urgent queries to senior management.
