Ravisn LTD is hiring a motivated Call Center Agent to support our international logistics and freight forwarding business by identifying and engaging potential customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients including importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and small businesses
- Build lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online directories
- Contact prospects through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn messages
- Understand customer shipment requirements (origin, destination, cargo size, timeline, and budget)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Sales Manager or Management Team
- Collect and record basic shipment information from clients
- Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets or CRM systems
- Track lead status and submit weekly performance reports
- Follow up with interested prospects until closure or disqualification
- Coordinate with operations and quotation teams for pricing and execution
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer support, logistics, or B2B sales is a plus
- Good spoken and written English skills
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Confidence in phone calls, WhatsApp, and online messaging
- Basic sales techniques and objection-handling skills
- Organized, disciplined, and able to follow scripts and SOPs
