We are seeking proactive, results-driven Call Center Agents to support our sales efforts through outbound engagement, lead generation, and database development. You will be responsible not only for cold calling and lead qualification, but also for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects through research and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients across multiple industries and service lines
- Identify, qualify, and generate new leads aligned with company offerings
- Present and promote company services effectively to generate interest and opportunities
- Handle inbound inquiries when required and convert them into qualified leads
- Conduct market and online research to identify potential clients, companies, and decision-makers
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Adhere to daily call targets and activity metrics as defined by management
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives through outbound outreach
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in a call center, telesales, or customer service role (B2B experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong command of English and Arabic, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in data entry and tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
