Call Center Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking Call Center Executive to join our call center team. The role focuses on reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, promoting services, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make and receive customer calls professionally
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products or services
• Promote company offerings and convert leads into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
