Call Center Executive

Job Overview:
We are seeking Call Center Executive to join our call center team. The role focuses on reaching out to customers, understanding their needs, promoting services, and closing sales while providing excellent customer service.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate information about client products and services
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet performance and quality assurance targets
  • Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to work in evening/night shifts
