Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Dispatch Agent with hands-on experience in U.S. truck dispatching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, securing profitable loads, and ensuring smooth communication with drivers and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day dispatch activities
• Source and secure loads through platforms like DAT and Truckstop
• Negotiate competitive rates with brokers and shippers
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with drivers
• Monitor shipments and proactively handle any operational issues

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in U.S. truck dispatching
• Familiarity with load boards, routes, and market rates
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
