Job Overview

We are hiring Call Center Freshers for our U.S. Truck Dispatch Sales Campaign in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in international outbound sales and the BPO industry.

No prior experience is required. Selected candidates will receive structured sales training, live call support, and unlimited earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based customers
• Present auto transport and vehicle shipping services
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good spoken English communication skills
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
• Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
