Call Center Recovery Executive (Female)

The incumbent would be required to have:

· Responsible for strict compliance with company policies, plans, and strategies to achieve company goals.

· Making outgoing calls for recovery as per assigned task. Receiving incoming calls & facilitating customers as per requirement.

· Provide information and guidance about products and services to existing and new customers.

· Follow-up calls for recovery, payment confirmation, discount, surcharge waiver, etc. Dispatch deposit slips, account statements, receipts & update/change in information form as per customer requirement.

· Contribute to managing team objectives through teamwork. Compliance with daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s efficiently.

Requirement : Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 1 – 2 years of Real Estate Industry, Banking (Assets Recovery), Insurance (Selling & Recovery) experience would be preferred..
