Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. We’re looking for confident communicators who can remain calm under pressure and deliver professional, high-quality service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries or support requests.
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, shipment updates, and confirmations.
• Clearly communicate logistics solutions and company services to customers.
• Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Stay up to date with company policies, services, and logistics updates.

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or call center roles (US/Canada market experience preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Full-time night shift availability at our office near DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
