Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our medical clinic team. The candidate will be responsible for managing patient calls, scheduling appointments, providing information about clinic services, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s system.
  • Provide accurate information about doctors, services, timings, and clinic policies.
  • Record and update patient details accurately in the system.
  • Coordinate with reception, nursing, and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Follow up on patient inquiries, test results, and feedback when required.
  • Handle patient complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Meet performance targets related to call handling, appointment accuracy, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical call center or healthcare reception role.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems (MS Office, clinic management software).
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, with rotational shifts (including weekends or holidays if required).
