Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries related to real estate sales, rentals, and property management.
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding properties, amenities, pricing, and available services.
• Assisting clients with scheduling property viewings and coordinating with our team of real estate agents.
• Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining customer records and updating them with relevant information accurately.
• Following up with customers to ensure that their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed satisfactorily.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by promoting properties and our services to potential customers.
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Staying up-to-date with real estate industry trends, market conditions, and developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide solutions proactively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends as required.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry in Dubai is a plus.
