Call Center Representative

Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) — or even Marketing, Psychology, or Communications ? Compensation: $19–19.17/hour

Contract Duration: 6–12+ months, with strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance

Who We're Looking For:

- Recent grads or professionals with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships count!)

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

- Background in banking, financial services, or customer support is a plus

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Previous call center or customer-facing experience

What You'll Do:

- Handle inbound calls related to accounts

- Deliver high-quality, accurate, and efficient customer service

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues professionally

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
