Call Center Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Call Center Agent with a strong English profile to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Document customer interactions in the system
  • Meet individual and team performance targets
  • Follow company policies and quality standards

Requirements

  • High English proficiency (B2–C1 level or above)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site
  • Availability to work rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
