Call Center Representative US

Brandix Soft (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast-growing international digital marketing company specializing in SEO and PPC services for clients in the US and UK markets. We help businesses boost their online presence through data-driven strategies

We are seeking motivated and confident Call Center Representatives to join our outbound sales team. This is a full-time, night-shift position based in Lahore, where you will contact international clients (primarily in the US) to promote our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to international leads and clients
• Promote company services including SEO and PPC campaigns
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with prospects to close deals
• Provide timely and professional customer service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Matric / O-Level
• Preferred education: Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory)
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Prior experience in international outbound sales is a plus
• Experience in digital marketing sales (SEO/PPC) is preferred
• Fresh graduates with excellent English are welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Details

• Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Location: Office No. 402, Al Hafeez Shopping Mall, Main Boulevard Gulberg, Lahore
• Work Type: On-site only (This is not a remote position)
