Call Center Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Generate leads and convert potential clients into sales.

Maintain strong communication and client relationship management.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the team to improve overall performance and achieve business growth.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Cold Calling / Sales experience in the US market.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Confident, target-oriented, and self-driven personality.
