Call Center Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high volumes of customer interactions while delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work shifts if required.
