This is a full-time on-site position for a Call Center Specialist, based in Lahore. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, respond to calls and emails, provide solutions to customer concerns, and facilitate effective communication between customers and the company. You will also ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

• Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and managing customer relationships
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills suitable for interacting with diverse clients
• Experience with Contact Centers and knowledge of workplace processes in a call center environment
• Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools and standard office software
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to work under pressure
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to manage time effectively
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional language abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory
