Call Center Trainer (ACA & Medicare Campaigns) – Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Female Corporate Trainer to lead our training department for specialized USA healthcare campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ACA (Obamacare) and Medicare programs, ensuring our agents are equipped to provide top-tier service while maintaining strict compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Curriculum: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires focusing on ACA and Medicare Open Enrollment (OEP/AEP) protocols.
• Campaign Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge on plan types, eligibility, subsidies, and enrollment procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor live and recorded calls to identify knowledge gaps and provide constructive, one-on-one coaching to improve conversion rates and compliance.
• Content Development: Create and update training manuals, scripts, and assessment tests to reflect the latest CMS regulations and campaign updates.
• Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of trainee progress and ensure a seamless transition from the classroom to the production floor (nesting).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Trainer within a BPO or Call Center environment.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Direct experience with USA Health Insurance campaigns (ACA and Medicare) is mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work the Night Shift consistently to align with USA Eastern/Central Standard Time.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, patience, and the ability to motivate a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
