We are hiring trainer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Trainer to join our team and lead the training efforts for our US-based projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coaching customer service representatives, designing training modules, and driving performance improvement in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and soft skills training for new hires.
  • Deliver product/process training for US-based voice campaigns like Medicare, Auto and home improvement
  • Design and update training materials, scripts, and SOPs based on business requirements.
  • Monitor trainee progress through assessments, call audits, and feedback sessions.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and remedial training as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to identify skill gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with US customer service trends and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a call center trainer for a US voice campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, call handling, and soft skills best practices.
  • Flexibility to work in night shift.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in training for sales/support/technical campaigns (US market).
  • Certification in training, coaching, or instructional design is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
