Call Centre Agent

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Call Centre Agents (experienced) to join our growing team. The role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and providing excellent service. Candidates are expected to bring proven expertise in customer handling and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, or policies.

Resolve customer complaints, issues, and queries in a timely manner.

Maintain customer interaction records in the system.

Meet performance targets including call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures provided by the company.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall performance.

Experienced Candidates:

1–3 years of experience in a Call Center / Customer Support role.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center practices.

Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve issues effectively.

Key Skills:

Must be proficient in English with Speaking & Listening.

Excellent verbal & written communication.

Active listening and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and customer-first approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary will be finalised during an Interview based on Experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
