Call Centre Agent

We are urgently seeking a confident and well-spoken Call Centre Agent to join our customer support team. This is a remote role, requiring on-site presence . The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handling inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, verifications, or sales purposes
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to work in both office and remote settings
• Fluent in English
