Call Centre Agent - UAE National (Emiratisation)

General Overview:


We are partnering with a leading organisation within the insurance sector to hire Emirati candidates for a Call Centre Agent role based in Dubai . This is an excellent opportunity for Emirati professionals looking to build a long-term career in a structured, customer-focused environment.


The role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, offering exposure to insurance products, client interactions, and operational processes within a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policies
  • Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints within defined timelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Follow internal procedures and service standards to deliver consistent customer experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues


Key Requirements:


  • Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory
  • High School, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Interest in customer service and client-facing roles
  • Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
