Call Centre Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policies

Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints within defined timelines

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Follow internal procedures and service standards to deliver consistent customer experience

Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve customer issues
Key Requirements:

Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – mandatory

High School, Diploma, or bachelor’s degree holders are welcome to apply

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
