Call Centre Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated and confident Call Centre Agent with experience in outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients, handle inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed bookings for a skin aesthetics business. It will be on site job in PWD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads
• Provide information about skin aesthetic services and treatments
• Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable services
• Handle client inquiries professionally and build rapport
• Schedule and confirm appointments in the system
• Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings
• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound calling or call centre role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
• Basic computer skills and ability to use booking/CRM systems
• Ability to work with targets and meet KPIs

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in beauty, skincare, or aesthetics industry (a plus)
• Strong sales or lead conversion skills
• Good time management and organizational skills

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
