Job Description
We are looking for a well-organized and professional Call Coordinator to handle client inquiries and support our real estate sales and leasing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to follow up with clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and client inquiries professionally
  • Understand client requirements for buying and renting properties
  • Share suitable property options based on client needs
  • Coordinate with agents regarding unit availability and property details
  • Schedule and manage property viewings
  • Follow up with clients in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain client records using CRM, Excel, or internal systems
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and the sales/leasing team

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Arabic language is an advantage
  • Female candidates are preferred
  • Professional, presentable, and customer-focused personality
  • Basic knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle calls, messages, and follow-ups efficiently

Preferred Candidate
A confident, polite, and active individual who can manage client communication professionally and support the team in converting inquiries into successful viewings and deals.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
