The Listing Coordinator is responsible for uploading, managing, and maintaining accurate property listings across online real estate portals. The role ensures full compliance with portal guidelines, Madhmoun requirements, and company standards while supporting the sales team with timely and professional listing management..
Key Responsibilities
Portal & Listing Management
Upload and manage property listings on:
Edit, update, and remove listings as required.
Ensure all listings comply with portal rules and company standards.
Monitor listing status and handle rejections promptly.
Permit Handling
Process and manage Madhmoun permits through:
Track permit expiry dates.
Ensure all listings have valid approvals before publishing.
Coordinate with agents to collect required documents.
Documentation & Compliance
Collect and verify:
Ensure no duplicate or unauthorized listings are published.
Maintain organized digital records of all properties.
