Job Summary

Amlak One Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing exclusive property listings, building strong relationships with property owners, and ensuring all listings are accurately marketed across company platforms. The successful candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new property listings through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with property owners to evaluate and secure exclusive listings.
• Conduct property inspections and collect accurate property information.
• Coordinate professional photography, videos, and marketing materials.
• Prepare listing agreements and ensure all documentation is complete.
• Upload and maintain property listings on CRM systems and property portals.
• Monitor market trends and provide pricing recommendations to property owners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and property investors.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize property exposure and close transactions.
• Achieve monthly listing and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in UAE real estate is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and build client relationships.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
