About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to join our expanding team in the heart of Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and managing exclusive residential and commercial property listings, and advising clients through the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Sourcing & Acquisition: Actively prospect property owners (via cold calling, networking, and referrals) to secure exclusive property listings.
• Listing Management: Prepare properties for the market by arranging professional photography, creating compelling descriptions, and staging viewings.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analysis (CMA) to help sellers determine optimal and competitive property pricing.
• Client Advisory: Guide property owners through the selling process, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Marketing: Utilize our real estate portals and social media channels to maximize property exposure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house sales team to match your exclusive listings with active buyers.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven UAE real estate experience (specifically in listing and the secondary market is highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its key communities.
• Valid RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) certification is a strong plus.
• Exceptional negotiation, closing, and communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly professional.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle is a plus.
