Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Agent to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate should be an Arabic speaker with a minimum of 1 year of listing experience in the UAE real estate market. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple listings, coordinate with property owners, and ensure all property details are accurate, updated, and ready for marketing and portal uploads.

Key Responsibilities

-Source and manage property listings from landlords, owners, and developers
-Coordinate with property owners to collect accurate property details, documents, photos, and availability status
-Prepare and update property listings for portals, CRM, and internal records
-Ensure all listing information, prices, sizes, features, and availability details are correct
-Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams for property requirements and updates
-Follow up with owners regularly for new listings, price updates, availability, and viewing arrangements
-Maintain strong relationships with property owners and landlords
-Ensure listings meet company standards and portal requirements
-Work closely with the marketing team for property descriptions, photos, videos, and promotions
-Update CRM and listing platforms on a regular basis
-Support the team in maintaining a strong and updated property inventory

Requirements

-Arabic speaker is mandatory
-Minimum 1 year of listing experience in real estate
-Experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
-Good knowledge of property portals, CRM systems, and listing procedures
-Strong communication and follow-up skills
-Ability to coordinate with landlords, owners, agents, and internal teams
-Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
-Detail-oriented and organized
-Good computer skills and ability to manage listing data accurately
-Professional attitude and willingness to learn
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
