Hiring for a Calling Agent for AS Estimation & Consultants — Pak Arab Society, House #8B, Near Metro Station #23, Ferozpur Road, Lahore

Available shifts

Morning=7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening= 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Night= 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What you'll do

• Calling: Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients across AU, US, and NZ markets.
• Follow-Ups: Follow call scripts, qualify leads, and set appointments.
• Updates: Provide timely project and quote status updates to clients. Keep internal teams informed of client feedback, follow-up requirements, and pipeline changes after each shift.
• Emails: Send professional follow-up emails post-call, share relevant documents or quotes as requested, and respond to client email inquiries within the same shift.

Requirements

• Intermediate or Bachelor's (min.)
• Experience1+ year in a call center
• Excellent communication
• English Proficiency skills.
