We are looking for a motivated Calling Agent who is fluent in both English and Urdu. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, providing information about products and services, resolving inquiries, and maintaining professional communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls professionally.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Urdu.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Follow company guidelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Urdu (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
