We serve high-value clients and enterprise-level accounts, helping them scale through technical excellence and superior customer support.

We are expanding our Client Support Team and are looking for confident, articulate, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

As a Client Support Representative, you will handle outbound and inbound support calls, manage client inquiries, and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, supporting technical optimizations, and contributing to upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Support & Communication

  • Make 50–75 professional outbound support and follow-up calls daily
  • Address client inquiries, technical concerns, and service optimizations
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction with a consultative support approach
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system

Performance Targets & Service Quality

  • Maintain a minimum of 60 quality calls per day
  • Achieve an 85%+ first-call resolution rate
  • Maintain a 4.8+ average customer satisfaction rating
  • Ensure compliance with service protocols and brand communication standards

Upselling & Client Education

  • Identify 3–5 upsell opportunities weekly (bonus-eligible)
  • Proactively inform clients about additional services and performance upgrades
  • Support revenue generation by promoting relevant service enhancements

Candidate RequirementsEssential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience (international campaigns preferred)
  • Fluent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools

Core Skills

  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Professional phone presence and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Attributes

  • 1+ year of experience supporting UK/US-based clients
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web)

Work Schedule

  • UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
  • Work Type: On-site only (no remote option)
