We are expanding our Client Support Team and seeking confident, articulate, and customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Make 50–75 professional outbound and follow-up calls daily
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide service-related support
• Resolve client concerns with a consultative support approach
• Document all client interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Maintain a minimum of 60 quality calls per day
• Achieve an 85%+ first-call resolution rate
• Maintain a 4.8+ customer satisfaction rating
• Identify 3–5 upsell opportunities weekly (bonus-eligible)
• Educate clients about additional services (SEO, PPC, Web solutions)
• Ensure compliance with service protocols and communication standards

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience (international preferred)
• Fluent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office

Core Skills:

• Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
• Professional phone presence and emotional intelligence
• Ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience with UK/US-based clients
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web)

Work Schedule

• UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• US Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
• On-site only (no remote option)
