Camp Boss

To oversee and manage the overall operations of the labour camp, ensuring workers’ welfare, proper accommodation, hygiene, security, and compliance with company and local authority regulations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in construction, oil & gas, or industrial labour camps.
• Strong knowledge of camp management, facility maintenance, and workers’ welfare practices.
• Good leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to handle multicultural workforce and resolve conflicts.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, reporting).
